My job is to support you in making this transition as smooth as possible. As a mom of two, I know how complicated it can be each time your family grows. As a survivor of postpartum depression and Anxiety, and as a mental health advocate I can teach you how to lower your risk of maternal mental illness. As a trained and certified coach, I have the skills to help you navigate becoming a mother (or becoming one again).
You do not have to do this alone. Use this link to set up a time for us to talk for free. If we do decide to work together my rate is $200/month for weekly calls and $100/month for bi-weekly.
YES, you do need a birth plan! I spent a little over a year interviewing doctors, nurses, pediatricians, and moms in my quest to put together a birth plan that will actually WORK for moms. You can get it all in this workbook and video training.
4th Trimester Prep School will get you on the road to lowering your risk of maternal mental illnesses like postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD. You can learn more and sign up for this FREE class right here!
